Hollow Glass Bubbles Application :

1.Injection molding: Injection molding is a popular method for molding HGBP. It involves melting the polyurethane resin and injecting it into a mold containing the hollow glass bubbles. The mold is then cooled, and the final product is ejected. Injection molding is a fast and efficient process for producing large quantities of parts.


2.Compression molding: Compression molding involves placing the HGBP material into a mold and applying heat and pressure to compress it into the desired shape.
