Breaking Foreign Monopolies
Following more than a decade of intensive research and development, the company established China’s first mass production line based on independent intellectual property rights in 2015, and a 10,000-metric-tonne-scale intelligent production line commenced operations in 2024. Current annual production capacity stands at 15,000 metric tonnes, placing the company among the nation’s leading producers. The product’s compressive strength is at the forefront of the global industry, whilst its cost is merely one-third that of imported products.
Large-Scale Application
The product has been deployed on a large scale—exceeding 10,000 metric tonnes—in major national projects such as deep-sea oil and gas extraction, directly saving hundreds of millions of yuan in extraction costs. Construction of a new high-performance hollow microsphere materials industrial park, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 metric tonnes, is currently underway at a rapid pace.
